We have 3 computers and 2 of them are having the same issue. It does freeze up whe trying to browse also but it is way more of a hassle that all of a sudden after the update I cannot access my bookmarks or even the options section

hi, thanks for reporting this. can you try if this change can workaround the performance problem?: go to the firefox menu ≡ > options > privacy & security panel and under permissions check the setting to prevent accessibility services from accessing your browser.

tried this and it did nothing. I now have 3 computers with Firefox doing the same thing. any other ideas

do you have realplayer installed on the affected devices?

No realplayer on any of them. Everything was fine until it took the update. I thought maybe the reinstall would have help but it did not. It really makes firefox useless.

Anyone come up with any fixes here??? I am about ready to jump ship and go to Chrome if someone can't help us get this working right. Was hop[ing there would be more support for this issue.
