The reply said I was asking about Firefox. I'm not talking about -- nor am I presently using Firefox. When I went to 'sign in' it said my username was 'available' then it didn't 'recognize

it. My first and MAIN reason for writing is that one of the  file/folders I sort saved messages in - the ones to the left of my incoming messages, is suddenly missing. I found this out when I went to put a new incoming message into it. The file is called WEIGHT WATCHERS. PLEASE HELP!
