Why can't I highlight in the print area and print just the highlighted area?

I got a coupon from olive garden in my Hotmail account. I wanted to print just the coupon not the whole page. I did cntl p and nothing printed of the coupon just page 1 of 1 on the bottom of the page. I then tried your print icon but it would not let me highlight anything. So I had to print the whole page. I then went back to Google Chrome and was able to use the cntl p function and print just the highlighted area. Can you tell me what is happening and how to fix it. Thank you Dave

Hi Dave, depending on the style rules in the page, Firefox may preserve the original position of the selection, which many times is less than helpful if it's off to the right or below the first page.

For Hotmail messages, you'll have the best chance of a reasonable printout if you pop up the print-optimized version of the message rather than printing from the page with the navigation controls. (Last time I looked, it was on the menu illustrated in the attached screenshot.)

Have you tried this : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-printing-problems-firefox

Oh if not noticed yet. AMD released a new Driver Package this week. That can cure problems also.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
