is there a way to reorder the list of accounts that appear on the left?
i want to order the accounts on the left hand in the order i use the most. how do i reorder them so i dont have to consistently go to the bottom to access a new account but one i use more often than the others?

Go to Tools|Add-ons, search for and install the Manually Sort Folders add-on.
