Hi

I just bought a new computer with 4K Screen and Windows 10. After getting the manufacturer to fix a screen glitch...I have determine that these video monitor glitches only occur in Mozilla Thunderbird and Mozilla Firefox. when opening, closing or moving windows around, tiny pieces of data garbage are left on the screen.

I have several screenshots, but the images are too big to leave here. Where can I send them to for your review?

Ive updated all the drivers, and updates for everything and I still have issues. Dell, Even sent me a 2nd replacement computer, and the 2nd computer has the same exact issue within Mozilla Thunderbird or Firefox?

Is there a 4K Firefox update by chance? or some way, without lowering my resolution down to 1080.

If problems are with opening closing or moving windows that sounds likely to be an issue with your Windows Operating System rather than with Firefox.

if you take a screenshot with the Snipping tool that allows the screenshots to be saved as .png files. .png fileas are small enough to upload to this forum.

if the screenshots are bit map files as may be obtained from the Keyboard Print Screen you shoulsd be able t paste them in to the Paint accesory omn Windows and save th escreenshots as .png files.
