i cant get firefox to download
when I go to download It a box at the bottom of the screen comes up. and it gives me 3 choices "open, save, and cancel" but everytime I click open or save nothing happens.

Try this:
- Download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
*https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
