Question

Firefox is no longer saving my passwords even though I have it set to save passwords and the password manager asks if I want to save the password.

All my saved passwords are gone and Firefox will not save any new ones. My Options page does not contain all the settings given in the Help menu.

Please first try these troubleshooting steps and post back with the results:
