Since 5.46 all I have received are emails from last minute.com about a holiday in Greece. These are coming at the rate of one a minute. I sent a test from my work account but that didn't get through. I can access a light version through Virgin email and there have been other emails.

I am almost a complete novice when it comes to trouble shooting!

Go to your email providers webmail page and log into your account there. Delete the problem email or move it out of the Inbox. Your remaining mail should get through after doing this.
