How To Sync Between Two Firefox Browsers, Developer And Standard Version?
How can I sync Bookmarks between two different Firefox browsers on my desktop because there isn't even a function available in FF to import bookmarks (Along with other settings like about:config) from the Developer Edition and regular Firefox, only from Safari? The two Bookmark backup files between the two versions don't play nicely together. I would like to save a Bookmark on one version and have it show up on the other. And, don't tell me that the two versions don't "Talk" to each other because I'm constantly having to change the Developer edition theme back from the from the "Space Fantasy" theme that I have on my regular version of Firefox.

Did you try to use Sync on all computers to sync the bookmarks?
What happens if you try to sync the bookmarks?
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder if there are problems with syncing bookmarks.

Creating and importing an HTML backup and restoring a JSON backup should be possible in the Bookmarks Manager (Library), but a JSON backup might not be compatible over various Nightly alpha builds (haven't tested this).

Did you try to create a normal (uncompressed) JSON backup and possibly an HTML backup?
If you can't restore a JSON backup, either a manually created .json backup or an automatically created compressed .jsonlz4 backup then you can try an HTML backup.
You can make Firefox create an automatic HTML backup (bookmarks.html) when you exit Firefox if you set the browser.bookmarks.autoExportHTML pref to true on the about:config page.
This backup is created by default in the profile folder as bookmarks.html every time you close Firefox, but you can set the path and file name via the browser.bookmarks.file pref on the about:config page.
The browser.bookmarks.file pref doesn't exist by default and you need to create a new String pref with the name browser.bookmarks.file and set the value to the full path of the backup bookmarks file including the file name.
Note: an HTML backup doesn't preserve tags and annotations, so you lose those if you need to import the HTML backup.
Yes, you can Sync between two versions of Firefox or two different Firefox Profiles on the same device. Works a treat.
Just set up Sync as you would with two separate desktop devices.
