My Thunderbird email crashed on Tuesday, cannot seem to find anyone to help me.
I continue to get the error message "Cannot find the Mozilla Runtime" What does this mean ? How can my email be retrieved ?

Yes, this is exactly what the message is. It is in a little box with Thunderbird at the top. The same message appears when I click on the Mizilla/Firefox internet icon, it has Firefox at the top, but same message.
