FF35.0.1 reuters.com news stories disappear when selected, but Chrome and Safari display them ok
Read news on Reuters.com daily for years. Beginning a few days ago, the site loads normally and displays current stories, but stories disappear after they are selected (clicked on) to view. Experimentation today shows Safari and Chrome work normally at reuters.com Perhaps some setting (adblock, security ?) was accidentally changed by me. Mac OS 10.10.2 I re-registered at Reuters and changed password but no difference
I'm so used to Firefox, I don't want to give it up!

If it works in Safe Mode and in normal mode with all extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) disabled then try to find which extension is causing it by enabling one extension at a time until the problem reappears.
Close and restart Firefox after each change via "Firefox > Exit" (Windows: Firefox/File > Exit; Mac: Firefox > Quit Firefox; Linux: Firefox/File > Quit)

- If you have many extensions then first enable half of the extensions to test which half has the problem.
- Continue to divide the bad half that still has the issue until you find which one is causing it.

try running FF in "safe mode", to test to see if one of your "addons" is causing a problem..
i didn't have a problem with viewing the "reuters.com" webpage..
Yes, running FF in safe mode solves the problem. Reuters news stories will display now.
Please direct me to information about how to isolate which "add on" is causing the problem.

Thanks! I'll start climbing that tree now.
