I cant get my tiles to work. please help , when i click the new tab i cant see tiles with most visited sites

i cant get my tiles to work. I've tried everything but i cant get tiles when opening a new tab. please someone say how can i get tiles to work again

Hi AdiMcCarty, In the about:newtab page, what feature do you have selected? Classic, Enhanced or Blank?

Is the about:newtab page still set an the value of the browser.newtab.url pref?

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
