Firefox stopped printing suddenly (it did until Saturday Nov. 22) and shows "error" in the printer; also, it crashes frequently (did not use to do it before)

Firefox stopped printing - it does not print emails or documents attached to it or Web pages. Everything was find until Nov 21 - and then suddenly it stopped. I select the correct printer (as always) and then nothing happens - the printer window shows "error in the printer" - why? Did you change some settings? it is very distressing for me. Also, Firefox crashes often - it did not use to do it.

hello, please try to reset firefox and see if this can address the issue...

Nothing works. The print order goes to a non-default printer and I cannot change anything - please advise I cannot use the search window because if I try to search for something, I get the following message: (I cleared the cookies and the issue still persist) - I used to like Modzilla but I am afraid I am getting very much disappointed with it. Is there ANYONE with whom I can talk live? This exchange of emails is ridiculous.
