How to remove Message ID and reference from e-mails

When I send a message or receive a message I do not want to receive return-path, received-spf, x-google-dkim-signiturer, x-gm-message-state

View|Headers|Normal. Yours is, I think, set to "All".

I switched to normal and it did what you said.
