QUESTION ON ADOBE FLASH

On the top of my screen, I keep getting a notice everytime I search a website. It says, "ALLOW TO RUN ADOBE FLASH...........CONTINUE BLOCKING........ALLOW." I don't know what this means. How can I delete this notice for good?

The reason that all this started with that bar showing on top goes back to February 27th when I contacted you about "pop-ups." I was told to change the Flash setting from "Always Activate" to "Ask to Activate." It solved one problem but created another problem.

Hi ChaCha, was it helping with the popups or was my theory wrong? I didn't see any follow-up in the old thread. We can continue there if you are still tortured by popups.
