Yes, I see the same with Firefox 21 with the menu container.
It works OK for me with the Firefox 22 beta version and later, but is broken in the current Firefox 21 release.

You can consider to do a custom install of the Firefox 22 beta version or wait a few weeks until Firefox 22 gets released.

You will have to create a new profile for the beta version, so do not launch Firefox after installing the beta.

Testing beta versions on websites can make it possible to notice such issues in advance.

Yes, it is weird, other sites use fw_menu.js and they work just fine. Go figure.
