Firefox crashes constantly when I am on a PhotoBucket page with any form of animation and at times when I am on YouTube. I did not have this problem until I updated to version 13. I even updated Adobe to its most recent fix, version 11.3.300 and it did not help. I am also experiencing a disappearing cursor on occasions.

It is not Adobe Shockware that crashes but the entire FF browser which closes completely. Animating small images is a hobby of mine and I need to have FF in better working order. Please assist

Hi,

Please check if this happens in Safe Mode. Safe mode disables the installed Extensions, and themes (Appearance) in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons. Hardware acceleration is also temporarily disabled - the manual setting is Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Use hardware acceleration when available. All these settings/options/add-ons can also be individually or collectively disabled/enabled/changed in Firefox normal mode to check if an extension, theme, option or hardware acceleration is causing issues. Disabling/enabling hardware acceleration, and some types of add-ons in normal mode may require a Firefox restart.

The first crash ID is a problem with the Flash player.
The other two have an @EMPTY crash signature and don't have any data.

You can check for problems caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and possibly downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3.

Hello Dumbdidadida and Co-rel,

Please forgive my untimely reply. Thank you both very much for your assistance. The recent Flash and FireFox updates seem to have fix the crash problem.
