Photos and videos that are supposed to show up on the browser dont how do I fix it
Due to a change in my work email I could no longer check my email at home with Internet explorer. It was reccommended to me that I switch my browser to firefox. i did and I can access my work email now. However since using firefox, I have been unable to see photos and videos on websites that I know are there. For example on my school web site there are photos, but all I see is a blank white spot where the photo should be. If I attempt to watch a video on youtube, I get an error message and the screen remains black. I have down loaded Adobe 11.3, flash video and deleted Real Player from my computer, but can not view these photos or videos from desired web sites. HELP!

You can try to reset Firefox and create a new profile to see if that works.
Did you try to downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3?
I tried both of these suggestions but did not get any changes.
Do you see the missing images in Tools > Page Info > Media?
- Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.
If images are missing then check that you aren't blocking images from some domains.
- Check the permissions for the domain in the current tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
- Check that images are enabled: Tools > Options > Content: [X] Load images automatically
- Check the exceptions in "Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions"
- Check the "Tools > Page Info > Media" tab for blocked images (scroll through all the images with the cursor Down key).
If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "Block Images from..." then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.
Make sure that you do not block third-party images, the permissions.default.images pref should be 1.
There are also extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) and security software (firewall, anti-virus) that can block images.
