I'm getting fed up with FF continually popping up the question about whether I would like to help, by allowing FF to submit performance and usage statistics. I keep answering this question but it doesn't seem to remember that I've answered it already! I've also tried ticking/unticking the Submit performance data option in preferences.

Hi, thanks for the prompt response. I followed the instructions on the page you suggested. Basically I reset to default settings (but kept a backup copy of my prefs.js file for if I needed to refer to it). Time will tell whether its been fixed or not! Cheers, Jim
