Hi,

You may have to check the keyboard for a mute key and press it. Alternatively it could be a key combination. You can also try to change the mute and volume settings in the OS Control Panel > Sound and Audio Devices > Volume. If all fails, searching with the keyboard model or PC/laptop model or posting in hardware/OS forums may help.
