Need to recover bookmarks from another hardrive after a computer crash.
Purchased new computer after the old one died. Haredrive is still good as an external drive. I have installed Firefox on new computer and wish to recover my old bookmarks from the old hardrive to the new. Suggesdtions?

Your old Profile is located here in Vista & Win7:
drive:\Users\Windows login user name\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\profile_name
I have tried several varioations of you recommendation. Now when I run firefox and it asks for which profile to use, it gives me the message "firefixe is in use" for the profile I created.
Done. All I needed to do was restore a backup from the old hardrive. Thankls
