Every time I try to print FF 4.0 crashes, signature @0x0 | DLBKUI5C.DLL@0x7040, Dell printer A920. It happens when I push the Properties button for the third time. The PC is a 7 year old Dell but everything else works fine still.

This article is often recommended for troubleshooting problems with printing in Firefox:

Any luck?
jscher Thanks for the quick reply, but the only item there that's relevant is the printer reset, I did that and restarted with no effect.
If you have submitted Breakpad crash reports then post the IDs of one or more Breakpad crash reports (bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.

Here ya go, and TIA!

That looks indeed like a problem with the printer driver (Dell AIO Printer A920).
Did you check to see if there is an update available for that driver?
I have exactly the same problem with the same printer but it only crashes with Firefox. I can got to the Properties from the printer and select Quick Printing from Explorer and MSN browsers with no problems. I can print also from Adobe Reader with no problems whatsoever. I have reported couple of crashes out of the hundreds that I had had and I am still waiting for a fix. The other problem is that when you click on Print Preview it only would show a couple of pages and not the whole document which could be 5 pages. I have to Copy and Paste and send it to myself as an e-mail in order for me to be able to print the whole document. I have no problem doing this with any other browser except that I absolutely hate those other browsers. Here are the pictures of the error message I get when trying to use the Printer Properties. Also what a normal window would look on the Printer Properties and the window I get when I say OK to the error message. If you click on it a couple of times Firefox crashes. This is my last reported crash number: 7ddf67fa-faa0-4440-a1f7-5116f0c35f80. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
"The other problem is that when you click on Print Preview it only would show a couple of pages and not the whole document which could be 5 pages."
This will happen on some pages due to the style rules in the page, regardless of your printer. There's no perfect workaround, but often using Select All (Ctrl+a) and then in the Print dialog choosing the Selection under Print Range will let you print the whole document. It's not possible to preview that, however. (Regarding this longstanding issue: <sigh>)
An inelegant temp solution is to save page to Documents. Then right click page when in Documents and print from there. If you select "Preferences" Firefox won't crash.

How do you save to documents, I have no such option under "Save page as". I'm mainly switching back to Explorer till they get this program to work.
Uglier, when you save page a screen will come up--asking you where you want to save the page(s). On there you can save the page to any folder--from there you can then go to the page you saved --right click and select Print. Hope this helps. Forgot-- on the screen that appears when you select 'Save page' you'll find on the left side Documents click this.

I gave up and have gone back to Firefox 3.6, its so much better than 4 its ridiculous. Surprisingly Mozilla did not create any problems with the install, it carried through all my bookmarks etc fine.
It is definitely a bug with 4.0. I never had an issue with 3.6 and I am able to utilize the properties for my printer in the explorer browser, but since downloading the new Firefox update, I cannot access the properties on my printer.
When I click on Print, Properties, then click properties again, I get an error message, if I click Properties again, then Firefox closes down.
@ncawley, please start a new question with your system information (i.e., Windows, Mac, etc.) and information about your printer. If you have not already tried the "reset", please see this article:
