When I log onto the web a Babylon tab and a Bing search box comes up in stead of my my Google Search site and web search box. www.Google.com is the site that is to pop up when I open Firefox or IE. When I open Internet Explorer www.Google.com comes up as my starting page.

This is the URL the pops into my browsing box http://bsearch.babylon.com/?babsrc=home&AF=14542

I down loaded a program I thought was other than the Babylon program and I uninstalled the program but this search page still keeps coming up?

How do I get stop the Babylon Tab and page from opening in place of the Google Search page in Firefox. I will stop using Firefox if it still keeps coming up?

Restore Default Home Page

1. On the menu bar, located on top of Firefox, select Tools | Options

2. Confirm you are in the General Panel

3. Click Restore to Default

4. Finally, click OK

What Extensions are you using? Check by going to Tools | Add-ons | Extensions. Is Babylon listed? If it is, see Uninstalling Extensions. Also see if Babylon is listed in Control Panel | Add or remove programs.

Yeah, uninstall the extension and delete Babylon from "Add and Remove Programs" in the Control Panel as well I suppose.

Thanks to you, Firefox4life78. That was really really helpful. Uninstalling the extension did it! Thanks.
