Each time I open FF, box asks me if I want to allow Firefox prog. to make changes to this compter. I can only go in if I tick yes each time. Never used to do this.

Each time I open FF, box asks "Do you want to allow the Firefox program to make changes to this computer?" Details are something about x86 exe files. I can only open firefox when I click yes. Only started doing this today. Also printer has stopped printing. Not sure if its related.

Hello David.

You may want to contact Microsoft for additional support on this, but in my experience, making Firefox run as administrator will fix this issue. You can do that by rightclicking the program shortcut, go into Properties > Compatibility.

Check that you do not run Firefox as Administrator.

Right-click the Firefox desktop shortcut and choose "Properties".

In the Compatibility tab, make sure that Privilege Level: "Run this program as Administrator" is not selected.

You also need to check the Properties of the firefox.exe program in the Firefox program directory.
