It appears in the left column after I set up my account and seems to have no purpose. Right-clicking it and selecting Delete or Rename does nothing. It shows up as a msf file in the Profiles folder but moving it to the trash has no effect because a new folder is created when I restart TB.

Fixed... For the record, if anyone else encounters something like this then it can be turned off from the menu bar via File > Subscribed.
