Hello, Firefox was working normally and then suddenly this start's to occurred, two days ago. If i am seeing a YouTube video inside another site no problem, but if I try to see the same video on YouTube site it won't play. If I maintain de play button the video play for 1 second and stops, then play for a second and stops again and so on. But in the YouTube mini-player plays normally The problem must be on the profile because the only way to resolve the problem is with a new profile. I have tried with disable extensions and troubleshooting mode and that don't solved the problem. what could be wrong with my profile? because I need this profile!

Thank you Firefox 103 linux

Try downloading Firefox from Mozilla, unzip and run firefox-bin from the folder and see if you have the same issue. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

Can you provide screenshots, links, and steps to replicate the issue?

What OS? What Desktop?

Thank You jonzn

I solve my problem by creating a new profile and copying part of the old one, that way I can see youtube videos normaly and have the same configurations I had before

I didn't mark this as solved because I don't know what could be wrong with the profile

if You think that's better we can mark it as solved

manjaro rr gnome kernel 5.15.65-1 64bt

Did you ever try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

Provide links to example sites so that we can try to replicate your issue. I assume the new profile works because there are no add-ons. You should also run more than 1 version of Firefox and sync your data. It's like a backup, having your data in more than 1 place. So many users lose data when something goes wrong either with their 1 installation of Firefox or OS. see screenshot

I've tried Firefox in safe mode with no results and the new profile that I use now have the same add-ons as before. As I said before the problem was just with youtube. No matter witch video, it didn't played in normal mode but played in mini-player or embed in another site.

I will try your suggestion to have more than one version off Firefox and sync both, seems a good idea. :)

Thank you again
