Firefox has blocked Acer MSN ca stating their certificate is no longer secure. I can get on the web through Google but not through my Acer computer's icon Acer MSN ca. Obviously something triggered Firefox to initiate the block and now I wish to find a simple way to have it again accept the MSN certificate without going through a lot of confusing processes. I could uninstall and then reinstall, but surely there is a better way.

Hi wcliffe,

Try opening firefox in Safe mode,

  • Find the Firefox icon or click Start and type Firefox.
  • Hold down the Shift key on the keyboard and then click the Firefox icon.
  • In the Firefox Safe Mode window, click the Start in Safe Mode option.
