installed new update for Mozilla Thunderbird. Now my computer keeps saying Reboot to take effect So I reboot and I get the run-around every time. What heppened? Now I have no email, no nothing.....

How can I get the latest update of Mozilla Thunderbird back. Tried doing that this a.m. and all I get now is the message to reboot.

It's no use sending an answer to my email. I can't open my email, because all it tells me is to REBOOT.
