The subject line in the email master list is invisible. The email is there and can be read when opened, and the list is legible on all the other accounts.
Weird glitch! I have three thunderbird email accounts. In my main account, the titles/subject lines in the master list are now invisible. I can click on a line and see the email and its hedder but can't see it in the listing window. And this is ONLY true for the inbox of my main TB account. I can see the email lists for every other aspect (drafts, trash etc) and for all my other email accounts. I have screen shots of the invisible list — but they are refusing to load! How do I get the invisible text to be visible again?

Try this: Select folder that has invisible list. click on the far right 'select column to display' icon from the drop down menu select : 'Reset columns to default'
