How can I restore containers from an old profile without restoring the other profile data?

Is there a single file in the profile folder that contains my container data, or more specifically, all containers I created and information about websites I assigned to particular containers?

Or is there any way to backup or export containers?

Thx for your help!

I just found the file named "containers" myself  :D I have virtually no idea how I could miss that file before – I swear I looked out for it! ^^
