I have recently updated to the latest Windows 10 Insider Preview version 17063 and I am experiencing no sound from Firefox pages with uTube or BBC news or Facebook videos. These webpages all work fine with sound on both Edge and Internet Explorer. I have reset Firefox and completely reinstalled it too but no sounds either on the laptop speakers or headphones either. I have tried different drivers for the sound setting. The laptop is a i5 Dell 7000 and I am using Firefox 57.0.2, I also tried v58 too. The Windows system was installed 3 days ago. My wife has an identical laptop and she has no problems. I am stuck to know that next - any suggestions

Thanks Richard
