Link to livestreamed meeting says "too many redirects" and thus I can't see or hear the meeting.
I've needed to watch several livestreamed meetings and have been given the link to these meetings. I've cleared cookies from my browser. When I click on the link I get this message: "The page isn’t redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete." Other people have easily accessed the meetings through the same links. I've tried to access using the link on different browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari. They all give me a similar message about "too many redirects." I've asked several friends who are technical experts for advice, but no on has been able to solve my problem. I have accessed livestreamed meetings in the past, but haven't been able to with these particular recent meetings. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Is it solvable? Many thanks.
