Mouse Wheel not working on a flash game in latest Mozilla Firefox version.
Recently, I bought a new computer with Windows 10. Everything is just fine, as well as with Firefox, except one problem. Firefox is the latest version as of today, 20.10.2017, version 56, I think. On one flash game, http://www.transformice.com/ the mouse wheel (scroll) is working on the page, but not in the game. This is crippling many of my in-game activities including inability to scroll any of the in-game menus and lists and chat, plus all the other mouse wheel usages, making the issue very inconvenient, it's not working at all. I tried the game on Edge browser, in it there wasn't that problem. On my other computer, with Windows 7 and again on Mozilla Firefox the game is working just fine. Also, when I play, sometimes the keyboard stops working for a few seconds, it either starts working after a few seconds or when I switch to another tab and then again return on the Transformice tab, the keyboard has started responding. I tried to unplug and then plug again the mouse, try another one, the issue is still here. I also searched for help on the internet, other people had similar issues, but they were not the same like those. On one, someone suggested it was from Flash player, but I don't know what I can do in my case. Any suggestions what it could be and how to fix it? Looking forward to response from you!

Seamonkey is a very good browser. If trying browsers out. Uses little amount of ram if bare bones. Default look not so much but can skin it and has extension page like Firefox and used to be part of Mozilla at one time. Nope no idea on Adblock Browser I did try Pale Moon once but had issues running Firefox at same time plus Pale Moon updates are real late getting to you compared with Firefox.
The update to 56.0.1 sometimes cures issues and sometimes not.
Running this command as admin fixed someone on ver 46 with no issues in other programs. chkdsk c: /f
You can still keep working on this : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode mostly here if it goes away and works fine then can fix it plus can be a extension/plugin
No other thoughts on my part but someone else may.

Suggest if have a mouse that comes with software that you check and see that Microsoft Win 10 has not changed the driver on you. In Device Manager. https://www.howtogeek.com/302595/how-to-stop-windows-10-from-automatically-updating-hardware-drivers/
Check to see if running Flash Player Version: 27.0.0.170 https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>
Can uninstall then download the Full Version Installer of 56.0.1 https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

I disabled the automatic hardware drivers update on my Windows 10 Pro, my browser is 56.0.1 version and Flash Player is version 27.0.0.170. None of these solutions solved the problem. However, I found an alternative solution: other browser. I downloaded Cyberfox and was not impressed by it, next, I tried Pale Moon browser, in it the mouse wheel works properly in Transformice. This browser is based on Firefox, the interface somewhat resembles that of Firefox which was used years ago, Firefox is better, but this also does the job. When I want to play, I will play the game in Pale Moon. I will also chech from time to time whether some Flash Player of Firefox update fixes the issue. By the way, do you have information whether Adblock Browser(I tried it on my Android phone and liked it) will be released some time for Windows. Also, if you have more solutions to offer about my issue, I still would like to try them.

I tried Safe Mode, the game did not start, there was only one black window on the place where it should be, I suppose, because it needs Flash Player to run. I tried Sea Monkey - yes, there, the game is also running without the mouse wheel problem, but the browser's interface was like that of XP era. The steamlined, modern interface of Firefox plus the tons of plugins and themes is a big advantage, also the language. Neither Sea Monkey nor Pale Moon have the bulgarian language, which is also somewhat of an issue. I will wait till some update, hopefully, fixes the issue, until then I will play the game in Pale Moon. Anyway, thank you for the advices and the working Mozilla Firefox support.
