I touched something and the Sub-Folder (Joe in the example below) disappeared (including the other two sub sub folders). How can I re-capture the sub folder (Joe) with its contents & Subs? Trash

Why on earth would you want to file messages under Trash? Trash is for stuff you don't expect to need to look at again. If you want to keep something, file it in a regular folder.
