When I use American greetings website, I can't print cards.
When I try to print cards on American greetings website, they won't print. Any other use of printer is ok. I can print emails, print web pages and print from microsoft word.

Try the Printer Reset that is described here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-printing-problems-firefox#w_reset-firefox-printer-setting
Followed the instructions, but no help. I have a laptop computer with firefox and it will print these cards. However, it is at a remote location and this computer is my primary.
