Can send messages.

Unable to receive Verizon messages into TB Inbox. Has worked for many years, but appears to have stopped after recent upgrade to 38.5.1. Can retrieve Verizon messages into Inbox on Android mail client. Messages are in the Inbox on Verizon browser-based email app.

Did not change any acct settings, and all settings appear to be correct.

Any suggestions where to look?

Thanks for pointer.

I disabled Norton email scanning---immediately rec'd all Verizon messages.

Enabled Norton email scanning---still receiving messages.

Problem resolved---at least for the moment.
