I'm using a surface pro 3 with a bluetooth keyboard as the main input method. The recent update of Firefox keeps popping up virtual keyboard of the system on every input field. This is a nice feature to have while no external keyboard is attached. However this is extremely annoying if you have a bluetooth keyboard connected.

Would you please consider to provide a toggle to turn off this feature or just to test if a bluetooth keyboard is attached before popping up the virtual keyboard?

Thanks.

hi, if you'd like to turn this feature off, please enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named ui.osk.enabled. double-click it and change its value to false.
