Is there a know issue opening People in out look. Every time I open PEOPLE in outlook I get a message saying that they cannot access my address book at this time. If I go to outlook using edge, chrome, or any other browser and go to PEOPLE it does show all of my addressees. My calendar works just fine in outlook.
