How do I use a graphic file (jpg, png) as an active link in the body of an email?

When I go to Insert/link I wish to use a graphic file instead of text. I can paste the actual url in the link location space but can only use text in the link text space where it asks me to "Enter text to display for the link". Is there some way to use a picture as an active link?

Thank you Matt. I must choose "insert image" (not link) first and then continue. It works like a charm.
