Scale to fit when printing web pages no longer works properly

more options

If I choose scale to fit, the print is ridiculously small. If I turn off scale to fit, and scale is at 100%, it turns 3 page document into 11 pages and each page is trashed. It's Brother laser & printing regular (non-web) files is fine, as is printing web pages from IE. Tried resetting print parameters for the Brother in about:config.

Is this a problem visible in Print Preview, or does Preview look normal and only the actual printout is wrong?

Does Firefox appear to be using only a part of the page? Sometimes Firefox saves an incorrect paper size setting. This may be under a non-intuitive name such as

printer_printer_name.print_paper_data

At least two other users (one said he had a Brother printer) found this set to 256 and changing it to 1 in about:config resolved their issue.

I suspect that your margin settings are kerfluey.

Try clearing all your printing preferences in the prefs.js with Firefox closed. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-printing-problems-firefox#w_reset-all-firefox-printer-settings
