The Bookmarks always appear in a single column. As I have lots there is a need to scroll to see them all.

How do I put the Bookmarks into several columns so that I can see them all simultaneously.

You can use the above. The Bookmarks Manager works just like the folders on your computer. Make folders using general name and sort your list into those folders. Also, when you open the manager, there is a search box at the top right.

Hi, I know what you mean, but that isn't possible in Firefox. Can I suggest that you create some folders (right click on any bookmark), then when you point to them they will open into columns. You could also put folders on the bookmarks bar (right click in a blank space).

Hope that helps to answer your question.

Thanks to both Scribe-uk and FredMcD for their rapid and helpful replies.

I had considered using the folders approach but felt their may be more knowledgeable folk who were aware of a more elegant solution, such as changing the separator to start a new column.

Oh well, I'll just have to continue scrolling until someone (Firefox?) finds an alternative solution.

Thanks anyway for your help.
