Firefox crashes
i have uninstalled and deleted the mozilla folder and tried a fresh install. Firefox is still crashing before starting, Crash ID: bp-f3f9df7b-7dea-4f0e-ad8e-69f572150128

It appears Window Blinds is involved in this crash. If necessary disable; or uninstall that, using the Windows Control Panel.
This is a longshot. After doing that try with Hardware Acceleration disabled. That may in some circumstances slow down graphics, but it may enable Firefox to run without crashing even with WidowBlinds installed.
- Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL_turning-off-hardware-acceleration
- Upgrading, or even rolling back graphics drivers is worth trying.
There were suggestions on the WindowBlinds site that disabling hardware acceleration may help, however Firefox's safe mode should have hardware acceleration disabled and you say safe mode does not help.
