Is Privacy Badger Add-on turstworthy?
When I was trying to install Privacy Badger Add-on on Firefox it showed Author un known. Therefore, asking if Privacy Badger is trustworthy or not?

Yes, provided that you installed it either from addons.mozilla.org or eff.org.
The vast majority of add-ons aren't digitally signed, which is why the installation prompt shows "(Author not verified)". This holds true even for add-ons made by Mozilla.
The only signed add-ons I can think of are Adblock Plus and Element Hiding Helper for Adblock Plus.
