My browser is Yahoo, but I have aPERSONAL page that I want to make my home page. How can that be done?

Firefox will open to "My Yahoo", then I would open my personal page of "my yahoo", which has all of my personal settings. I would then click the button to make this page my Home Page. As long as I stay on, there is no problem. When I close Firefox then reopen, it reopens to "My Yahoo", but not to my Personal page of Yahoo, which is what I set to be my Home Page. I have to keep resetting every time I close, then reopen. Can this be fixed or done another way?

Settings for customized web pages are usually saved in a cookie for that website. Do you have Firefox set to delete cookies when you close it? Or are you running any security programs that might be clearing cookies in Firefox when you close Firefox?

Thanks ed-meister. I rechecked all settings with cookies and tried leaving them and removing them, restarting each time. It still does not return to the Home page where my settings are, using Yahoo as a browser. It continues to return to the Yahoo page, but I still enter another password to get to my settings, then make that my Home page. As long as I have it open, I can surf other web sites and return to my Home page, until I close Firefox. When reopened, I have to start all over again. I don't know whats different, but before on the old Firefox, I didn't have this problem. I have Windows Vista.
