Disappearing E-mails from Sent Folder from one of my Accounts
Dear all,
On my version of Thunderbird I have three accounts. From one of them the e-mails which I send do not appear in the Sent folder. What can I do to get all e-mails which I send from that account to appear there? Thanks for your help.
Regards, George
(A detail: this is the only of my three accounts from which I can send to Gmail accounts. E-mail from other accounts bounces. I realise that this one is a Gmail and not Thundeerbird issue.)

Just some things to check: - do you have the box ticked in account's copies&folders section to save sent messages? - when you view the account online, do you see the sent messages there (assuming IMAP)? - right-click on account in left folder pane, click 'subscribe' and see if you are subscribed to the folder.

Thanks for your reply.
To answer your questions:
- do you have the box ticked in account's copies&folders section to save sent messages? Where do I find this?
- when you view the account online, do you see the sent messages there (assuming IMAP)? No I do not.
- right-click on account in left folder pane, click 'subscribe' and see if you are subscribed to the folder. I did this and found that I was already subscribed to every folder.
Under my main Inbox I found a folder called "Sent-<name of account>" and found a few sent e-mails from 2020 until June 2022. I did not find any e-mails which I sent this or last month. I know that I sent plenty.

rightclick account in left pane, click settings, now click 'copies&folders.' The box to tick to save messages and in what folder is located right near the top.
