In Firefox 107.0.1 64-bit (Windows 10)

When looking at the console, the response tab no longer shows rendered HTML code - the response is blank.

Only if I select "Raw" over on the right do I see anything - only code.

Is this new behaviour from Firefox, or have I inadvertently changed an option?

The only way to now see the rendered page is through the "Network" tab.

Please see images.

Hi Tim, it still shows a rendered view in the Network tab, so I don't think it's due to technical inability. Maybe it's a security-related change??

It seems to work -- or not work -- the same in Firefox Developer Edition (based on the beta of Firefox 108) and Firefox Nightly (early test release of Firefox 109).

The Dev Tools team has a forum over here: https://discourse.mozilla.org/c/devtools/213

Or you could file a bug on Bugzilla: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/

Yes, the rendered view in the Network tab has always worked, so I've had to flip over there...

Thanks for the links - I'll post there and see what responses I get. Perhaps they're looking to retire the HTML view within the console.

Thanks, jscher2000!
