Not following Junk rules for one address
This has been happening for several months now. Under Account Settings-->Junk Settings I have "Enable adaptive junk mail controls for this account" selected. I also have "Do not automatically mark mail as junk is the sender is in:" and I have Personal Address Book selected. I have the email address [email protected] in my personal address book. Yet, sometimes the email ends up in the junk folder. More often than not it does not. I do a lot of shipping with Fed Ex. How else do I troubleshoot this?

Is your account IMAP and with a provider like yahoo that simply knows best and places anything they think is spam into the designated folder. That would account for it.

No. We have a catchall account for spam and junk.
