Bank website won't load on Firefox
Unable to log in to my account on https://online.congressionalfcu.org/Banking/SignIn.aspx. Each time I try to login, the website takes me back to the login page. Have spoken with bank reps and tech support, cleared cache and cookies, re-booted, etc. Tried accessing the website using Chrome and had no problem. Using Standard Tracking Protection (can't seem to add an exception). TIA for advice.
This is a new problem as of yesterday. I've been using FF successfully to log in to this website for months.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
While you are in safe mode;
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Hi jankeyes, if the above tests don't point to a solution, could you try:
New Profile Test
This takes about 3 minutes, plus the time to test your problem site(s).
Inside Firefox, type or paste about:profiles in the address bar and press Enter/Return to load it.
Click the "Create a New Profile" button, then click Next. Assign a name like Aug2020, ignore the option to relocate the profile folder, and click the Finish button.
After creating the profile, scroll down to it and click the Launch profile in new browser button.
Firefox should open a new window that looks like a brand new, uncustomized installation. (Your existing Firefox window(s) should not be affected.) Please ignore any tabs enticing you to connect to a Sync account or to activate extensions found on your system so we can get a clean test.
Are you able to log in successfully in the new profile?
When you are done with the experiment, you can close the extra window without affecting your regular Firefox profile. (Aug2020 will remain available for future testing.)
IMPORTANT: Creating a new profile may change your default. If your regular profile has a Set as Default Profile button after this test, click that to make sure your next startup doesn't yield a surprise.
