Downloaded and installed new version of Firefox, it is not syncing bookmarks, history, settings, or addons; with my prior versions on all other synced devices. Now my other devices are still on older versions prior to the UI updated versions. I'm holding off on updating them until this sync issue is sorted, lest I lose hundreds of bookmarks. There are just shy of 20 entries in about:sync-log going back to the installation date 3-15-18. Here is the latest error's pastebin: https://pastebin.mozilla.org/9080744

I can assist with debugging. Thank you all.

Hi, have you had a update on your Firewall or A/V ? See if can allow the addresses or incoming as trusted for this from you Firewall logs will get the info. It is saying a connection issue.

I initially connected my Firefox install to sync while at work, so that sounds logical; although I have since connected to numerous networks including personal networks. I will try removing the sync partnership and reconnect on a personal network and see if that fixed the issue.

Edit: Here's newest pastebin - https://pastebin.mozilla.org/9080868

This why I mention A/V : There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

If you have one of these, update it, go to the community forums to see if others have your issue.

As for the logs they mean nothing to me and most here, some can read it. Pretty straight forward it can not connect on the network you are using. So causes as above or because was on your work network. We supply info : This is all I have on Sync :

There is contact info in this and yes do have to create a account and wait : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-firefox-sync-verification-email-faq
