Messages disappeared. Can see them if clicking on "go" and "next" one mesasge will appear
Please help....all messages all not showing. If the tab "go" is clicked and "next" clicked one message will appear.
What do I do to retrieve the messages??? Thanks

If you select a folder in the Folder Pane, you should see a list of emails in the right pane, which when you click on one in the list, the email opens and displays below in the Message Pane. However, in your case, you have selected the folder, but it appears to be empty. Do I understand you correctly?
If you click in the area where the emails should be listed, does it open and display in the Message Pane? If yes, this sounds like you have an invisible list.
Try the following: In the column headers area, click on the far right icon 'Select columns to display'. A drop down menu appears - select 'Reset columns to default'.
